SINGAPORE – Always wanted to go to the popular food market PasarBella but never got the chance to because of its inconvenient location? This March, PasarBella will be coming to the heart of Marina Bay, giving you the chance to buy fresh groceries and dig into a la minute cooked foods and homemade specialties.Titled PasarBella and Friends Go To Town, the food market will be bringing some of its tenants and other food brands to the waterfront for the month of March.
As part of the sustainable light art festival, i Light Marina Bay 2014, PasarBella and Friends Go To Town will be set up at The Promontory at Marina Bay. Set against the spectacular backdrop of the city skyline, the market will see a list of PasarBella traders and new purveyors offering a wide range of gastronomic treats.
In lieu of i Light Marina Bay 2014′s focus on sustainability, PasarBella And Friends Go To Town will also be adopting an organically driven approach towards the design of the space through the use of recycled materials. Wooden shipping pallets that frame the food market will be doubled up as tabletops and sitting areas as well to save space.
PasarBella and Friends Go To Town will be open from March 7 to 30, 2014 from 4.30pm to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 10pm on weekends at the Event Plaza at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue.
