Preferred Hotel Group Launches iPrefer, Rewarding Guests from Beverly Hills to Singapore

The Preferred Hotel Group, a global collection of hotels, resorts and luxury residences, has introduced the iPrefer points-based guest loyalty program, a program that reaches as far as Switzerland, Nicaragua and India.
The program rewards points to hotel guests for their stays. Once a guest has accumulated 2,500 points, they can be exchanged for Reward Certificates redeemable at hundreds of participating properties across the Preferred Hotel Group family of brands. The program also offers special offers to travelers with special interests through its branded programs: Preferred Family, Preferred Pride and Preferred Golf.
The program awards members one point for every dollar spent on room reservations at participating hotels booked through iPrefer.com, Preferred Hotel Group distribution channels, GDS and hotel direct. Hotels also offer a variety of complimentary benefits to iPrefer members based on their tier status, which is determined by points earned during a 12-month period.
“IPrefer is the first program of its kind that addresses the growing demands of today’s travelers who want to enjoy the uniqueness of the independent hotel experience and be recognized for their choice through points and status,” Lindsey Ueberroth, president of Preferred Hotel Group, said in a press release. “With its global scope and flexible structure, iPrefer redefines how travelers should expect to be rewarded for their loyalty.”
Properties offering iPrefer include: The Alpina Gstaad (Gstaad, Switzerland); Aqua Wellness Resort (Playa Gigante, Nicaragua); Cap Maison Resort Spa (Cap Estate, Saint Lucia); Castello di Casole (Casole d’Elsa, Italy); Hotel Keppler (Paris, France); The Imperial (New Delhi, India); The Jefferson (Washington, D.C.); Montage Hotels Resorts (locations in Laguna Beach and Beverly Hills, California and Deer Valley, Utah); Royal Plaza on Scotts (Singapore); and The Wellesley (London, England).
