SINGAPORE, Dec 13 (Bernama) — The Malaysia Property Show this weekend at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore will showcase blue chip properties.
The seventh installment of the event is being organised by PropertyGuru, Singapore’s foremost online property portal.
In a statement, PropertyGuru said the two-day real estate showcase could not come at a better time, as potential investors consider purchase opportunities before the Budget 2014′s cooling measures kick-in.
Sixteen leading Malaysia developers will participate in the event and showcase their slew of blue-chip properties in Johor and Kuala Lumpur.
These include, One Medini, OSK Property, Mah Sing, Horizon Hills, DTZ Property, Country Garden, UEM Sunrise, Mayland, Lextrend/UMLAND and Maybank.
An interesting list of speakers will share their insights on the latest market trends, tips on buying and investing in Malaysia properties in conjunction with the show.
