Conde Nast Traveler readers identified as business travellers were asked to rate hotels, hotel brands, and airlines as excellent, very good, good, fair, or poor on a variety of criteria. Final scores (out of 100) represented the percentage of respondents who rated a hotel, hotel brand, or airline excellent or very good based on a required minimum number of responses. More than 79,000 surveys were tabulated.

With the results of the Poll published in this month’s issue, business travellers were asked to rate hotels, hotel brands and airlines globally. Based on a final score of 100, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore scored 90.5.
