Top 10 most expensive tickets in Singapore before the Rolling Stones

They are the most successful rock’n"roll band in the world. And their concert tickets are priced to match. The Rolling Stones are playing at Marina Bay Sands’ Grand Ballroom on March 15. And it will cost fans between $250 and $700 if they want seats to the show.

Expensive tickets are nothing new in Singapore. Entry to pop concerts have been climbing steadily, and some of the priciest acts are K-pop stars. And some of the latter charge jaw-dropping prices for meet-and-greet sessions which are not even full-length concerts but mini-showcases where the star will take part in QA sessions, play games and perhaps sing a couple of songs.

The most eye-watering price tag for something like this was G-Dragon’s meet-and-greet last October, when 20 fans paid $1,000 each. For that amount, they got a fleeting photo-session with the 25-year-old star.

Here are the top 10 most expensive gigs in Singapore.
